Maternity Leave

 

WEBC supports its new moms with maternity leave top-up payments as well as the option to extend their leave into an unpaid leave of absence.
Paid VacationNew employees receive 3 weeks paid vacation, prorated in their first year on the job.
Engagement TrackingIndependent surveys are held every 6 months with ongoing work to address key findings.
Performance ReviewsEmployees receive individual performance reviews at least every 12 months.
Pandemic ResponseWEBC transitioned employees to work-from-home arrangements where possible, and introduced enhanced safety and mitigation protocols for onsite personnel.

WEBC offered a wellness benefit to support the creation of a safe workspace at home and provided sick leave benefits to employees isolating due to COVID exposure or quarantine.
