We recognize our shift to remote work has resulted in many changes. Where we previously enjoyed the opportunity to interact with you in person, we have been providing service by phone and videoconference, and asking you to submit enquiries and claims electronically.

HOW DO I LEARN MORE ABOUT MY COVERAGE?

 

During this time we encourage you to submit claims as follows:

  • Email  – scans and photographs are now temporarily acceptable
  • Fax – (604) 681-7447
  • Dropbox – Mon-Fri 8:30am – 4:30pm at 349 Railway, Vancouver BC
  • Mail please recognize processing times may be slower than by other methods of delivery

 

As we move through COVID-19 pandemic the WEBC team is optimistic that through in 2022 we will have the opportunity to re-open our office to in-person visits from Plan Members. In the meantime, we thank you all for your patience and understanding as we work through this together.
